Brief & Discovery
One working session, in your office, ours, or over a call. We unpack the brand, the expo, the visitor mindset, the show goals, and the must-haves vs. nice-to-haves. You leave with our notes; we leave with a problem to solve.

Concept & 3D Visualisation
Mood, layout, materials, lighting. Sketched, then rendered. You walk through your booth in 3D before a single panel is cut. Two revision rounds baked in, and we keep iterating till the render makes you say "ship it."

Engineering & Approvals
Structural drawings, load calculations, electrical layouts. We file the expo authority paperwork: venue compliance, fire safety, stand height clearances. Your team never has to chase a permit.

Fabrication & Build
Crafted by a hand-picked network of trusted workshops in whichever city your expo lands. Master carpenters, metal artisans, acrylic specialists, vinyl printers, LED-wall pros. Each element built by the team that does it best. We choreograph the build, run on-site quality checks at every stage, and share progress photos throughout. What arrives at the venue matches the render, panel for panel.

Install & Show Days
On-site team handles assembly, lighting alignment, AV setup, and final styling. We stay for the show: daily maintenance, touch-ups, and a runner on call so your team focuses on visitors, not tripped breakers.

Strike & Recap
Dismantle, pack-out, venue handback. Usually overnight. Within a week you get a recap deck: photos, footfall observations, what worked, what we'd change next round. Stored assets stay inventoried for the next show.
